After viewing my website, you maybe decided you need some help with design on your project. Cool! I am here to help. I recently added this design by the hour, to make it a little easier for clients to take one step at a time to work on creative projects, get ideas on paper or onto a screen, or put into motion for production. I am more than happy to be your person to help! Thank you for your interest.

Designing by the hour

Your design request charges are per hour. You can purchase multiple hours at once, or start with 1 hour. If the design takes longer than an hour, you'll need to buy another hour before receiving any new designs, revisions, or updates.

If I see that it might take more than an hour from your initial request, I will let you know ahead of time. Additional time will be communicated through your email you provided during your first purchase, with a pay link.

Also, if the request is for something I that is out of my design experience level, I will let you know. A refund will be submitted.

Files, proofs, will be returned as PDFs. If there are any files needed to use for production or manufacturing, please advise. I can create most files you will need.

General Design

Drawing use

Any files created will be available as long as there are no remaining balances from the related projects or account. I will do my best to provide workable files for manufacturing if needed. No charge, unless there is a rework or redesign.

Technical Design

  • Tenant storefront signs, pylon/ground signs, project signage, directional signage

  • Help with signage plans using site plans, elevation drawings, and architectural content

  • Use building elevations and tenant signage mockups for leasing type criteria needs

  • Apply building and signage color schemes in relation with construction and marketing requirements

  • Produce scalable, print-ready design files for production and fabrications.

  • Permit drawings, created from governing organizations.

Billing & Purchase

Design is charged by the hour, purchased in link above. Any design additional billing for time, is billed every Tuesday-Wednesday. All payments are electronic.

What you are getting is 35 years of professional experience. There are no refunds. This work is a type labor. The product is digital, and released when paid in full.

Rates can change, because of competition. I try very hard not to do that, I would rather be drawing, than updating my pricing all the time. I do run flash sale pricing here occasionally.
